Restructuring of CT Investment Partners LLP, existing executive partners increase ownership to 100%

The existing partners of CT Investment Partners LLP, who already owned 60% in the partnership, have now taken over the 40% interest of Carbon Trust Fund Management Holdings Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Carbon Trust).
